Aqua-what-a? Aquafaba is just liquid in which chickpeas were cooked. It is an unexpectedly perfect replacement for eggs to make their mayo delicious, creamy, and accessible for all eaters.
Made with sunflower oil that is high-oleic, cold-pressed, and organic! This means it has a fatty acid profile similar to olive oil, rich in monounsaturated fat, which has been linked to improved heart health. It also hasn't been heated, thus avoiding oxidation, loss of nutritional value, or degradation to harmful compounds.

Smooth, creamy, and surprisingly rich for a vegan mayo. Made from chickpeas, but no weird aftertaste—just a clean, tangy flavor. Great on sandwiches, wraps, or as a dip. A solid plant-based swap!
