About “In the Sun”
“In the Sun” is an inspiring documentary from Executive Producer Kerry Washington that follows the personal skin health journeys of seven families facing extraordinary circumstances as they uncover the long-term effects of living in the sun. The 36-minute film is especially relevant to tweens and teens whose current skincare habits will have a lasting effect for the rest of their lives.
About the program
Digital screening access will include:
- Streaming link to view the film
- Special video message from Kerry Washington to share before the film
- Teacher guide with classroom activities, and a flyer with skin care tips.
Plus, the first 200 teachers to provide feedback on the program will receive a free Neutrogena sunscreen sample.
The program is relevant for health and physical education classes and general classroom or after-school settings. It is intended for students in grades 6-12 and screening access will be available in March.
